We live up to our promise of excellent customer support. The Profdoc helpdesk lies at the heart of our support service. Every day, we help hundreds of our users by answering questions around application functionality, and we help them solve any technical issues / problems quickly and efficiently.
The timeliness and quality of our call center is of critical importance to the users and we closely monitor our own performance to ensure that we live up to our promise of excellent customer support.

Our promise
- Answer all incoming telephone calls as fast as possible and 80 % within 20 seconds
- Incoming letters, fax, and e-mail questions are responded to within 4 hours.
All client contacts are registered in our helpdesk CRM-system to manage all requests in a structured process with follow-up, feed-back and use of past experience.
