Sample handling

Sample handling contains functions that can be used when handling automatically and manually registered requests. The request registering is used for registering new or amended requests and for sample arrival of these.

Tests already sample arrived can also be fetched and adjusted. Automatic sample arrival is used for sample arrival of tubes with help from LID numbers. LID numbers can be scanned using a barcode reader. Manual sample arrival is used for manually performing sample arrival of selected LID.

It is also possible to manually refer samples that are going to be analysed by an external lab.
