- Monitoring of procedures to be performe
- Waiting list per ward / department
- Planning overview
- Surgery plannin
- Admission plannin
- Letters to call patients to the hospital
Creating a new care plan
A new care plan is created when a procedure (such as surgery or other medical treatment) is to be initiated for a patient. The care provider registers basic information and a medical summary of the patient and gives a level of priority for the planned procedures.
Control mechanisms
The user can review all planned procedures and monitor what is going to be done and what has been done. Each ward/department can easily create its own care plan with procedures.
By using the care planning module it is easy to create standardized treatment procedures to ensure that patients with the same diagnosis are given a standard treatment according to best practice.
Waiting list
A waiting list is available in the care planning module to give total control over all active care plans. The waiting list is available for each ward / department with powerful searching features to simplify the management of all the care plans.
Working efficiently though care plans
By using the preview function, the care provider gets a simple and powerful overview over many care plans together and the procedures planned ahead.
Document inclusion
Documents can be attached to the care plan, for example documents for surgery planning and admission planning.
