History
Since our inception in 1985, we have built a strong business and influenced the development of healthcare standards in Scandinavia. We are now approaching medical offices, hospitals and laboratories in new geographical markets.
TIMELINE
1985: Company founded and first Profdoc-system launched in Norway
1989: Swedish subsidiary founded and Profdoc system introduced in Sweden
1994: Profdoc acquired by Sysdeco Group ASA, a company listed at the Oslo Stock Exchange
1998: Profdoc demerged from Sysdeco Group and listed independently at the Oslo Stock Exchange
1999: Enters the Danish market through acquisition
2004: Malaysian subsidiary founded in partnership with local entrepreneur
2006: South African subsidiary founded in partnership with local entrepreneur
2007: Latvian subsidiary founded in partnership with local entrepreneur
2007:Greek subsidiary founded in partnership with local entrepreneur
